Paramol Tablets (12 tablets) combine paracetamol with dihydrocodeine for short-term treatment of acute moderate pain not relieved by paracetamol, ibuprofen or aspirin alone.

  • Adults aged 16+: usually 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as required.
  • Adolescents aged 12–15: 1 tablet every 4–6 hours as directed.
  • Do not use for more than 3 days continuously without medical review.
  • Contains dihydrocodeine and can cause addiction; for 3 days' use only.
  • Contains paracetamol: do not combine with other paracetamol products.
  • May cause drowsiness; do not drive if affected.
  • Not suitable for children under 12 years.
  • Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
  • Store according to the current pack/leaflet.
  • Do not use after the expiry date.

Paracetamol 500mg and dihydrocodeine tartrate 7.46mg per tablet.
