Otrivine Congestion Relief 0.1% Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline hydrochloride and cooling aromatic vapours of menthol and eucalyptol. It provides fast short-term relief from a blocked nose associated with colds, hay fever, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis.

  • Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily as needed.
  • Do not exceed 3 applications per nostril daily.
  • Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.
  • Do not use under 12 years.
  • Avoid prolonged use because rebound congestion may occur.
  • Seek advice with hypertension, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma or interacting antidepressants/MAO inhibitors.

Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original package. Do not use the bottle for more than 28 days after opening.

Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v. Also contains levomenthol, cineole, sorbitol, polyoxyl hydrogenated castor oil and purified water, plus other excipients.
