Otrivine Adult Metered Dose Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% for rapid short-term relief of nasal congestion associated with colds, perennial or allergic rhinitis including hay fever, and sinusitis. The metered 10ml spray is suitable from age 12.

  • Adults and children aged 12+: 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily.
  • Do not exceed 3 applications in each nostril per day.
  • Do not use continuously for more than 7 days.
  • Do not use under 12 years.
  • Do not use for longer than 7 consecutive days because rebound congestion can occur.
  • Seek advice with hypertension, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma or relevant interacting medicines.

Store as directed on the current pack. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
