Deep Freeze Cold Patch provides targeted, soothing cooling relief for minor aches and discomfort in muscles and joints. The self-adhesive patch provides long-lasting cooling relief for up to 3 hours, making it a convenient alternative to traditional ice packs.

The patch is designed for areas including the back, neck, shoulders, legs and feet and can be used during pregnancy. Always check any new symptoms with your midwife or GP.

• Apply only to clean, dry skin.
• Open the pouch and remove the patch.
• Peel away the clear protective film.
• Apply the sticky side of the patch over the desired area.
• Do not cut the patch.
• The patch can provide cooling relief for up to 3 hours.
• Each patch is for single use only.
• Throw away the patch after use.
• Reseal the pouch after removing a patch to prevent the remaining patches from drying out.
• Use all patches within one month of opening the pouch. 
• For external use only.
• Do not use on broken, infected or inflamed skin.
• Do not use on the same area as other topical treatments.
• Stop using if skin irritation occurs.
• Do not cut the patch.
• Each patch is for single use only.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
• The patch can be used alongside oral medicines, but not at the same time as other topical treatments.
• Keep patches in their original sealed pouches until ready for use.
• Reseal the pouch after removing a patch to prevent the remaining patches from drying out.
• Use all remaining patches within one month of opening the pouch.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
