• Gently apply the gel to the affected area.
• Massage gently until absorbed into the skin.
• Use as required.
• Wash hands after application.
• Can be used after exercise.

• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Do not apply to damaged, broken or inflamed skin.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and other sensitive areas.
• Do not use with occlusive or airtight dressings.
• Avoid covering the treated area with tight or occlusive clothing immediately after application.
• Stop using if skin irritation, redness, itching, rash, burns or other unwanted effects occur.
