These plans are for people who want to start straight away without waiting, or who would simply find packs easier to manage. If you are not sure which applies to you, please call us on 0121 500 5756 before paying and we will tell you honestly.

Questions

What am I actually paying for?
The work of preparing the packs and managing your prescriptions — contacting your surgery, aligning your medicines so they arrive together, making the packs up each week and having a pharmacist check them. You are not paying for the medicines themselves. NHS prescription charges, if you pay them, are separate and unchanged.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time and with no notice period. Call us on 0121 500 5756 or use the link in your payment receipt. Your packs continue to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not tie anyone in.
What if my medication changes?
Tell us as soon as you know and we will remake the packs. There is no extra charge for changes — it is part of the service. If your GP changes something urgently, ring us rather than waiting for the next delivery.
What if a free NHS place comes up?
We will tell you, and you can move across and cancel the plan. We will not keep you paying for something you could be getting free.
Which plan should I pick?
If you are certain you want packs for the long term, yearly saves you £30 over the same 48 weeks. If you would rather try it first, start monthly — you can move to yearly later.
Who takes the payment?
Payments are handled by Stripe and will show on your statement as Gurdal Ltd, the company that operates Sandwell Pharmacy Group. We never see or store your card details.
The plain terms This is a recurring payment. The monthly plan takes £25 every 28 days and the yearly plan £270 every 48 weeks, automatically, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with no notice period, and you keep the service you have already paid for. Prices include VAT where it applies. This charge covers the preparation and management of your blister packs only — not the cost of your medicines or any NHS prescription charge. The Sandwell Pharmacy Group is operated by Gurdal Ltd, 1 Lyng Lane, West Bromwich B70 7RW.
