Reordering the same medication every month shouldn't involve queueing at a GP reception, navigating an app you didn't ask for, or remembering a password you set in 2023.
At any of our branches, repeat prescriptions are ordered through a simple online form on our website — no account, no login, under a minute. Here's how it works, and how it compares with the alternatives.
Open the repeat prescription page, enter your name, date of birth, GP surgery and the medications you need, and submit. We request the prescription from your GP electronically, dispense it once approved, and either deliver it free to your door or text you when it's ready to collect. Order about a week before you run out to allow for GP approval time.
The NHS App works well if you're comfortable with it — and your order still arrives with us if we're your nominated pharmacy. GP surgery websites and paper slips also work but usually mean a trip or a login. The point of our form is the person for whom none of those quite fit: no passwords, no downloads, works on any phone, and a human checks every request.
Tell us your regular medications and we can align quantities so everything falls due together — one order, one delivery, once a month. If you juggle multiple medicines or care for someone who does, ask about our MDS blister packs, which organise every dose by day and time.
