Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Mist combines xylometazoline hydrochloride with ipratropium bromide to target both a blocked nose and runny nose associated with the common cold. The 10ml metered nasal presentation is for adults aged 18 years and over.

  • Adults 18+: 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily.
  • Leave at least 6 hours between doses.
  • Maximum 3 applications per nostril in 24 hours.
  • Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.
  • Pharmacy medicine.
  • Adults only; do not use under 18 years.
  • Avoid contact with the eyes.
  • Seek advice with hypertension, cardiovascular disease, long QT syndrome, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate/bladder problems or interacting medicines.

Do not store above 25°C. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5mg/ml and ipratropium bromide 0.6mg/ml. Excipients include disodium edetate, glycerol, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and purified water.
