Otrivine Adult Nasal Drops contain xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% for short-term symptomatic relief of nasal congestion from colds, hay fever and other allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. The 10ml dropper presentation is suitable for adults and children over 12 years.

  • Adults, elderly and children over 12 years: 2–3 drops into each nostril up to 3 times daily.
  • Do not exceed 3 applications in each nostril per day.
  • Do not use continuously for more than 7 days.
  • Do not use under 12 years.
  • Avoid continuous use beyond 7 days because rebound congestion may occur.
  • Seek advice with hypertension, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma or interacting medicines.
  • Contains benzalkonium chloride.

Protect from heat. Once opened, use within 28 days. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v. Excipients include benzalkonium chloride, disodium phosphate, disodium edetate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, sorbitol, hypromellose and purified water.
